Recently, we have received several reports of malicious activities falsely using the name “Fujii Kaze”.
We would like to issue a notice of caution to prevent all who support Fujii Kaze from falling victim to such malicious activities.
<Fake SNS accounts>
There have been several reports of fake accounts impersonating “Fujii Kaze” and Kaze’s “manager, staff member, related person(s).” These fake accounts have been reported to reach out to individuals via messaging applications and DMs (direct messages) on SNS platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). Malicious activities from these accounts include requesting individuals for personal information, inducing purchases on specific websites or apps, inducing purchases of gift cards or pre-paid cards, and proposing monetary transactions. Some cases have resulted in acconts being hacked.
There have also been reports on malicious activities claimed as live-streaming and selling goods. Please see the following site for details.

Neither Fujii Kaze nor manager, staff members, or related person(s) will contact fans directly to request for any monetary transactions or personal information.
Please do not reply to anyone claiming to be Fujii Kaze or other related parties, including but not limited to the above examples, as it may be a malicious scam or other forms of fraud.

Once again, Fujii Kaze and HEHN RECORDS do not own any accounts other than those listed on our official website and official app. Accounts other than those listed below are not authorized by our company.

If you have or may have fallen victim to malicious activity, please promply consult with or report to the police. It is effective to submit evidence such as screenshots.
If you have fallen victim to malicious activities from “fake accounts”, we can not be held responsible. Please take precautions to protect yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
<Official merchandise>
Recently, there have been several reported cases of counterfeit items imitating the name and likeness of Fujii Kaze, HEHN RECORDS, and Fujii Kaze Official Merch Store. These counterfeit items have been seen on online store websites, auction sites, and flea market sites.
As of now, Fujii Kaze official merchandise is generally only sold on the Fujii Kaze Official Merch Store

*Official merchandise is available for purchase at concert and tour venues
*Some merchandise are also available for purchase at the Fujii Kaze Official Music Store.
Production of items using Fujii Kaze’s likeness (name, image, illustration, handwriting, etc.) or anything that evokes the image of Fujii Kaze, and the exhibition or selling of such items, regardless of individual/coroporation or price of item, is a violation of portrait rights and publicity rights (this does not apply to personal production of such items that are not for sale).
In addition, unauthorized usage of the names Fujii Kaze, HEHN RECORDS, or our store, and displaying or selling above items, constitutes a violation of trademark rights. It is considered a criminal act under the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, and may result in criminal liability.
The following are examples of items that imitate the name or likeness of Fujii Kaze or evokes the image of Fujii Kaze, found on online store sites, auction sites, and flea market sites.
- Posters and merchandise with unauthorized utilization of cover art, tour key visuals, artist photos, or other images of Fujii Kaze’s portrait found on SNS.
- Posters and merchandise with unauthorized utilization of the name and logo of HEHN RECORDS
- Items that evoke the image of Fujii Kaze using the word or lyrics “Kaze”
Purchasing merchandise from online platforms other than the Fujii Kaze Official Merch Store or from concert/tour venues may result in issues such as receiving counterfeit merchandise, not receiving merchandise, or the extraction of personal information.
Even if the package or tag of such merchandise displays HEHN RECORDS or our store as the manufacturer, we are not held responsible for any issues related to items purchased outside of our store or venue.
Please be aware of the above concerns, and take precautions not to purchase any merchandise other than official merchandise.

In the event that HEHN RECORDS and our store find such items illegally displayed or sold online, we will take strong measures including legal action demanding the suspention of displaying or selling said items. We will make every effort to protect all legitimate purchasers of official merchandise
